Hello Everybody- My husband and I are in our mid 20's and have been having financial hell since we have been married. My school is paid for thank God, but his isnt. We live in Fashion Valley,San diego. He wants to be an Architect and I am in Pre-med to be a RN. Are there any loans out there that can help if you have bad credit and no co-signer? Any living assistance? I am not working now b/my school is demanding and when he starts in fall his school will be demanding as well. I am looking for a job soon at a hospital, but even then can only work 10-14wk and that you cant even survive on. Every month we wonder how we are going to pay rent, behind in utilities, our phones cut off, no food. what kind of life is this? It's not like we are drug attics or lazy. We are going to school to get out of these shitty dead end jobs. There is no such thing as a career w/o college, at least in our days. The average person has to make 16 dollars an hr to stay a float. Our federal wage is 5 something an hour and our CA state is 7.50hr. Is there any help out there for us? Grants and scholarships are a joke. It's for 18 yr olds still living at home, getting help from their parents. What loans are out there? Please help
Hello mother35812. My name is Amber and somehow stumbled on this site looking for "help" for 2 fulltime students. This Gov. truly sucks when It comes to people we really want to better this society/or need help getting there. I can sympathsize with your situation. When I read your statements, they were a wake-up call, it breaks my heart you are going thru this and I sincerely mean it. I cant help directly with finances unfortunatly, but when I saw what you were willing to donate, I thought of something that's much less servere and pays very good money. How would you feel about donating your eggs? I know it's very personal, but I thought about it before and If I am not mistaken, it can pay up to 20,000 per visit or per egg. I am sure any hospital could give you more details. I sincerely wish you and your family the best.
